Do you have a physical shop?

Yes we do!
We're at Shop 12, 28 Mitchell Street, Riverview, in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. Look us up on Google Maps for exact directions.

Our hours are:
Monday - 930am to 2pm
Tuesday - 930am to 2pm
Wednesday - CLOSED
Thursday - 930am to 2pm
Friday - 930am to 5pm (closed 2-330pm)
Saturday - 9am to 12pm
Sunday - CLOSED

Do you post worldwide?

Yes!

Be warned, the prices international postage prices can be quite hefty, especially once the parcel hits 1kg. 

HELP! I ordered the wrong item!

Don't stress, we've got you. As long as we haven't shipped the item, we can change your order or refund any or some of your items.

Just let us know ASAP by replying to your order confirmation so we don't post it off to you, as we can't get it back once it's left. 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale lollies?

Yes, we offer bulk bags! If you can't find it on the website, please contact us with details of the items you are wanting.

No, we do not offer wholesale at Sweet Pickings, but we do offer it in our other business TCM Wholesale. All Aussie businesses with a registered ABN are welcome to apply.

How do I receive my free bag of lollies?

We have a special of Buy 5 bags, get 1 Free. This offer is available for all our bags of pick & mix lollies (both mixed & single varieties, but not including custom pick & mixes). Ensure you add all 6 bags to your cart and the cheapest will automatically be marked as FREE!

Can I make my own pick & mix bag?

No sorry, we no longer offer custom pick & mix bags, however we do highly recommend Stacks of Lollies for all your custom pick & mix needs.

Do you have chocolate?

Yes, instore we have chocolate all year round. However, when it comes to shipping, we only ship mid-Autumn through Winter as it's too hot throughout the rest of the year.

Do you have Gluten Free, Vegan or Halal? 

Yes, some of our products are labeled from the supplier as gluten free, vegan or halal. But please, always check the ingredients. 

EXTRA GLUTEN INFO: All our pick & mix lollies are packed in the same area so please bear this in mind when ordering.  We also use packing peanuts in most of our boxes when packing your parcel for delivery. 

Peanut Allergy? 

Our pick and mix lollies are packed in the same area as our Peanut products are. While the area is specifically cleaned before handling peanuts, we cannot guarantee there will not be some contamination as they are prepared in the same area. As some allergies are life threatening, we would rather you be safe and err on the side of caution.

Why do you need my address, phone number & email?

Don't worry, we hate spammers and telemarketers as much as you do.

Your address is needed for delivery, as is your phone number. Your email is needed for confirmations and communications. If there is an issue or question about your order, we will also try to reach out to you via email (so we don't interrupt your day), or phone if we can't get in touch. 

My order doesn't look like the photo?

Especially when it comes to the mixed bags, your order will almost 100% vary to what is pictured. Quantities & flavours aren't guaranteed, but we do try and give you a nice variety.

Sometimes, colours may appear different in real life compared to the screen.

I don't like the lollies I bought, can I get a refund?

Head on over to our Refunds & Returns page for full details but in short, if the package is opened and you realise you don't like a particular lolly, we are unable to refund.

Do you offer PR boxes?

Yes, but there are terms & conditions (aren't there always!).
The best way to go about it, is for either yourself or your manager to contact us stating your platform/s, username/s, and the type of uploads you intend on doing. We can then assess and ensure it aligns with our brand. If both yourself and us agree, we will arrange the contract.

But please note, we don't accept applications for creators under the age of 18yrs, no content is to show/involve children under 16yrs, swearing, smoking, vaping or illegal substances used/referenced.
