Refund policy

If you are wanting to refund and return your item/s, please contact us ASAP by emailing contact@sweetpickings.com.au and let us know what the problem is. We want to help you enjoy your experience as much as possible and want to fix the issue if we can.

We do our best to pack the items in a secure way to help minimise the risk of damage or melting during transit, however, sometimes parcels are handled a little too rough on their journey to you. If you have received your parcel and it is damaged, please let us know immediately and we will assist you as best we can in filing a complaint with Australia Post. 


Please be aware that Sweet Pickings cannot control the temperature or elements your order may endure on its journey to you and cannot be held liable for melted items, including chocolate and fudge. Due to Australia's harsh climate, we strongly recommend you choose express post at the checkout. Chocolate and Fudge are only posted on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's to try and reduce their delivery time and help prevent them sitting in delivery facilities over the weekend. 

If you have received your item/s and decide you no longer want them, please email us for the return address. Once we have received the item/s back, with the packaging still intact and unopened, we will send you your refund asap. Return postage for a change of mind is the buyer's responsibility.

Unfortunately, we do not refund if you open a package and then decide you do not like a flavour.

Having some buyer's remorse?  If we haven't shipped your order, let us know and we can cancel or change something in it for you.

We are only human and a small business. If an error has been made, please let us know and we will rectify it to the best of our ability.

Please be aware that postage fees cannot be refunded unfortunately as these have already been paid to Australia Post.
